Wildwood Shipping Policy
Shipping Eligibility
Wildwood proudly produces and distributes federally legal hemp-derived products in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. We ship our products exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) as it is the only federally-managed logistics operation.
We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal. Please check your local laws before placing an order, as state regulations may vary. Wildwood is not responsible for orders seized or delayed due to local restrictions.
Shipping Notice for Orders Containing Lithium Batteries
Products containing lithium batteries (including 2g, 0.5g, and 510 batteries) cannot ship via Priority Mail and must ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders containing lithium batteries may experience longer shipping and delivery times than standard orders. Due to USPS regulations, these packages require special handling and processing at dedicated facilities and are transported through limited shipping channels. As a result, lithium battery shipments are not prioritized and may take significantly longer than typical delivery estimates.
Please note that shipping times may increase further during holiday periods or postal service closures. We appreciate your patience and understanding during high-volume sales events.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and selected USPS shipping method:
- USPS Ground: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Tracking
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates and selected service.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Restricted Locations
Due to varying state and local regulations, Wildwood does not currently ship to the following states:
Alabama
Alaska
Oregon
Idaho

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS. However, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact support@wildwood.com with your order number, and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS.
