Why Can’t You Find Wildwood Products in Oregon?
Although our hemp-derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and its derivatives containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, Oregon state law places additional restrictions on certain hemp-based products. Specifically, Oregon prohibits the sale of certain hemp-derived cannabinoids, including hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and other intoxicating compounds, even when they meet federal compliance standards.
