How it Works
Instead of sending foam waste to landfills, our proprietary system gives it a second life. First, foam blocks are shredded into smaller, manageable pieces. A pressurized, gravity-fed separation process removes unusable particles, leaving clean, reusable fragments. These fragments are collected in overhead storage bags and repurposed as lightweight, durable packaging material for both wholesale (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipments.
This closed-loop approach eliminates the need for new filler, reduces our carbon footprint, and keeps waste out of landfills, all while maintaining the protective quality of your packaging.
